If you're a founder, CTO or senior leader and things just feel... off — the role doesn't fit the way it used to, decisions drag on longer than they should, the team dynamic is quietly fraying — it's hard to step back far enough to see what's really happening.
The Clarity Session is simply a single 90-minute call.
You talk. I listen closely and notice the patterns or tensions that are easy to miss when you're right in the middle of them.
Within a couple of days I send you a short note — usually a page or so — with the two or three things that stood out to me. Not advice, not a to-do list, not "here's what you should change". Just observations put into plain words, with enough context so they land usefully.
For some people, reading it back is enough to unlock the next step on their own. Others decide they'd like to keep talking. Either way, there's no follow-up pressure or expectation. It's just one conversation to help you see more clearly.
What it costs
£250, paid in advance. The session runs on video call at a time that works for you.
Who it is for
You do not need to be in crisis. The session works just as well for someone who is functioning well but senses something is slightly off — and wants an outside perspective from someone who has been in similar territory.
It is also a natural starting point if someone has suggested you speak with me and you are not sure whether ongoing work makes sense.
